Wintry Stew with a Twist
Do you fancy a winter meal? Then try this stew with a surprising twist. The creme fraiche makes the stew much creamier, while the rucola gets more bite. A surprising combination. Read the recipe below!

Ingredients

1 kilo of potatoes
750 grams of winter carrot
250 grams of white onions
1 to 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
spoon dijon mustard
bag of rocket
4 veal or beef sauces

Preparation method

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
Also, cut the onion and winter carrot
Boil potatoes with carrot and onion and salt in a 7-minute steam cooker (or in a normal pan, then the cooking time is longer)
Meanwhile, baking sausage.
Drain vegetables and coarsely ground with a pestle.
Stir in crème Fraiche and mustard.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve with sausages and spread rocket over it.
