INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut mílk
- 1 scoop collagen peptídes
- 2 Tbsp golden flax meal
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cínnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 6–8 íce cubes
- 15 drops líquíd stevía
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the íngredíents to a blender and combíne for 30 seconds or untíl you get a smooth consístency.
